Rhindress - First EP is Coming!

After spending the last four years writing songs, we have finally started recording them!

"My Heart Is Yours" is an EP of four original songs written from our times and travels across Canada. Our music styles range from "Maritimer's Lament" a song based on a chance meeting of a lobster fisherman on the East Coast of Canada (Baddeck, Nova Scotia to be exact) to a love song "When You're Lonely" inspired by a solitary meal at a downtown Vancouver restaurant. The two other songs are "You're My Valentine Every Day Of The Year" inspired by a fruitless search for a greeting card to the title song "My Heart Is Yours" that documents our relationship and the friend's party where we first got together ten years ago.

More songs are coming and a full album will be released by mid 2022 but we wanted to make a start and get something out there online. The songs will be available on all music streaming platforms including Spotify, iTunes and YouTube music.

The EP cover art is based on one of our wedding photos that we turned into a piece of pop art and painted ourselves. We hope everyone likes our songs and look forward to sharing them with the world.
