Private Concerts!

With COVID19 cancelling an entire summer of booked gigs, we had to be creative this year. Social distancing concerts became our "thing".

From July through October, Smitten performed more than twenty small group and private concerts at local beaches and back yards throughout Kelowna, the Okanagan and even in Ontario!

With Jim on an acoustic guitar and Kim with her melodeon, we performed love songs, singalong songs, folk songs, country songs, dance songs and originals for locals, tourists and people who simply wanted some live entertainment for a family birthday, anniversary or special event.

We even set the scene for a wedding proposal. It was incredibly romantic and we were so happy to be trusted with such an important moment in a beautiful young couple's life!

We had a blast and met a LOT of great people! Private small concerts kept us very busy and feeling fulfilled during this crazy pandemic. We plan to continue to do them even after things open up and life gets back to normal.

It's a wonderful thing to have such a small group and such an intimate connection with people. We had many folks tell us that our private beach concert was the highlight of their trip to Kelowna.
